In 2007 after a mental and nervous breakdown from a loss of a lucrative recording contract Bomba Reign joined the US Navy. Currently Bomba is working on his 3rd album which is almost ready. DWANI
The hip-hop and rap artist that blare on radios, parade across TV screens and earn millions when their albums go platinum have changed the culture of music as we know it forever. Hearing about the bulletproof skin, a rough upbringing in the hood and days spent locked up, it seems most hip-hop lyrics describe the artist life once lived.
Nineteen-year old rap artist/songwriter, Dwani, was born in Zambia; but raised in cleveland and indiana. he also claims atlanta as his third home while going back and fourth from indiana to atlanta where he is treated like familly. this young talented future of hip-hop is proving his point to being the best. Dwani began rapping at an early age. He wants to prove to the hip-hop/hop community that you don’t have to rhyme about guns. You can rap about songs that inspire the souls of one’s life.
Dwani has been rapping every since he was thirteen, but never really got serious until teh age of sixteen. recorded his first song on his sixteenth birthday.
He is currently no workin with several producers one based in Germany, london, and indiana. Dwani says to this point, he has never had anybody write his lyrics. Lyrics are the part that comes easy for him. and 99 percent of the time he doesnt write anything down on paper he takes some time to listento the beat then writes all his verses in his mind It’s something we call organized freestyle.
He has been recognized to be motivational and inspirerational through his lyrics. Dwani quotes, "i want to inspire people and I want to make my mark in the music industry, I just don’t want to be like another ring tone rapper. No, I don’t want to be like that". I want to be somebody that people will remember. Dwani also mentions "yes i agree i have been given alot of names through out my career, some call me Yung Guttah and others call me Dwani either one is fine with me, as long as you understand im the future of hip-hop then we wont have a problem. i would rather you address me as Dwani for the simple fact, that name itself seperates me from the rest.

Heathen
James Miller - He’s hungry…but not for the delicacies that can be found in the 101 chicken shacks across the crime filled streets of Newark, New Jersey where he was born and raised. He is hungry to do what he loves and that is make music for the people. He wants to nourish the souls of young and old, black, white and purple, rich and poor, male and female and all those in between. He doesn’t want to do it through glamorizing the hood and perils of street life, but does want to be the Voice of the Streets. Hip hop artists have been doing this since the start of it all. There is no false bragging. He has suffered the consequences of his actions. He has lived among Brick City’s lowest classes and made acquaintances with peers that at one time gave up education to hustle. He is not going to encourage you to live righteously or lecture you through this vocal delivery and he does not just rhyme over beats. It is not just the sorrows and dark period that Heathen explores on his 2009 anticipated and appropriately named “Never A Day Off” album. This compilation of his work is filled with various flavors and diverse ingredients that will sometimes express his happiness sometimes have you rolling down your windows in the winter time, and others will make you shed a tear. Truth is after the “Opening Act” you will agree it’s “Off Da Chain.” Heathen knows what position he has to play and knows his role in the game. He first started writing rhymes in pre-adolescence. It was a “Damn Shame” he was forced to put the music on pause and go play college basketball but it gave him countless hours to develop his poisoness punch lines and flow that allows you to feel what he feels. He has never been shot or sold drugs but understands and lived in the ghetto. He has had to live the dark life to put food in his mouth and make a dollar. He has the hustler ambition and his musical dexterity will give you a real pleasure and small insight into his tale from the gutter. He laces his album with sample based arrangements in addition to live musical instruments that are sure to make you put your “Hands Up.” In a league of his own you cannot put this man in one category. He is not doing this to be famous although this debut album is going to put him in history. Always in control, always grinding, staying focused with heart and a conscious effort for your listening pleasure. Heathen takes a unique approach in this early work with a wide array of guest producers. Nearly half of the songs produced by a fellow Goon Toonz producer Drone Beats are nothing short of greatness. Other notable producers including E. Jones, Qwan, Kane Da Kameleon, Shy Boogs and Symbolyc One provided him with crazy beats the people will appreciate. The album also features guest appearances from Kool G Rap, Crunchy Black (formerly of Three 6 Mafia), Grafh, Uncle Murda and D.V. Alias Khryst. One song on his album the thick girls are sure to love is called “Muffin Top” Another cut for the ladies is entitled “Cloud 9”. You could also find the club banger “Da Unit” featuring Crunchy Black formerly of Three Six Mafia, that meets the demands of today’s growing adoration for Crunk music. Heathen has been featured on numerous mixtapes throughout the tri-state area in addition to opening up shows for some of the industry’s finest. Among those artists he has opened up for include but not limited to Lil Wayne, The Clipse, Lyfe Jennings, Shabaam Sahdeeq, Duece Poppi, UNK, Baby D, M.O.P., Grafh, Jadakiss and Juelz Santana. This 26 year old is not in this to battle or compete; Heathen simply has fun despite the sleepless nights in the studio to make good music. He wants to give you what you need and make you feel some kind of way. Ready for the world to embrace, every song so far is fire. Although he is not finished with what is on his plate right now he is already hungry for more email:heathen@sprint.blackberry.net

David is a solo artist and is working with a long time producer/artist/songwriter that helps him along the way. He also has connections with old school rapper Chub Rock and Def Jam Marketing Producer Ashaunna Ayars. We were advised by these two that we needed to create a following and fan base to become more marketable in the music industry. Being that David is new to the scene he does not currently have any recognition situations to speak of. We have since created a Myspace page, Facebook acct., Twitter, and listed his music on various unsigned artist web sites to create a fan base. During the short time that we on these sites we have received great feed back from the listeners and online streaming DJ's that play the demos on their shows. We have a web site that is under construction www.dayday2.com that we will be able to follow David and his music progress. David is a talented and confident artist that is not afraid of change and would make an excellent addition to any label. David is dedicated to this movement and understands that it will be a long hard road that he is willing to take and accept all of the challenges that he will be up against.

“The Swelly Express” is the true story of two college kids (Chidera Anamege and Xaphoon Jones) from Philly who rocked some parties at Drexel and quickly gained the attention of “the industry”. TSP
Background of TSP.....
It began years ago.....being enamoured with music.....playing in bands doing cover songs of Def Leppard, Guns-n-Roses and a host of popular others. Our band Hustler was actually good. Maybe even good enough to make it. We had a boatload of talent, but at the time we were young and doing it for the fun reasons, not for the originality and/or purity of the music.
Today, things are different, but still the same. My Chemical Romance, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Fall Out Boy, and Cute Is What We Aim For are the new hot names of today. My attraction to their music is as strong as for those of the past and this, along with a personal episode, inspired me to begin to write my own music.
The birth of The Sarno Project.....
As I am recording original tracks and sharing them with my close friends for objective feedback, I needed a place for the vast majority to review my work...purevolume.com was the answer...I set up an account, put together a few promos...and we were off!
The first track, Jamies Promise (rock version), was well received in the summer of 06, but honestly, wasnt my best production-quality demo. Then came Tears during the fall of 06. Tears hit the top of the purevolume charts in its demo form.....a tremendous amount of positive feedback began to come in on this track, which catapulted me to write song after song for the next several months. From that point on, each demo track that was promoted was received as strong or stronger than its predecessor.
Then a defining moment came.....I received VH-1s Song of the Year Finalist honor with Clarity in 2007.
"Song of the Year is excited to recognize Michael for his exceptional songwriting ability for the rock song Clarity. Michael competed against thousands of songwriters from all over the world for this honor, being judged by the biggest names in music including many Grammy Award winners. When asked what the meaning behind the song is, Michael commented that Clarity is about being true to yourself and not changing because of outside influences or opinions. It is about doing the right thing, not because it is popular, but because it is the right thing to do...today and every day."
In 2008, the promotional CD was completed.....Upon Impact.....with the hit single "Superhero" poised for the Spiderman IV soundtrack.

Trey Songz
Since making his recording debut in 2005, Trey Songz has patiently and artfully crafted some of the most acclaimed and compelling R&B music of the decade. His first two Songbook Entertainment/Atlantic albums, "I GOTTA MAKE IT" (2005) and "TREY DAY" (2007), yielded a trio of top ten singles, "Girl Tonight," "Last Time," and "Can't Help But Wait." And when the latter song garnered Trey a coveted Grammy nomination for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance, it marked the validation of the faith shown in Trey by the late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, who hailed him as one of "the most promising R&B artists we have had since we started the company 60 years ago." Now, with the 2009 release of "READY," Trey Songz is more than ready to claim his place in the pantheon of R&B greats.
"Many people tell me that I don't get my just due," says Trey. "They may know my singles, but between my records, I've also released mixtapes like 'Swagga Like Songz' and 'The Ladies Choice.' Now, 'READY' embodies everything I am as an artist. Everybody can be happy with the album, from the hip-hop to the R&B crowd."
"READY" draws music and lyrics from such accomplished producers and songwriters as Eric Hudson, Sean Garrett, Stargate, Bryan-Michael Cox, Soul Keys, Jermaine Dupri, Soundz, and long-time collaborator Troy Taylor.
On the album's first official single, "I Need A Girl," Stargate (Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel S. Eriksen) deliver their signature guitar-led production. The Norwegian-born, NYC-based pair previously worked on Trey's Grammy-nominated "Can't Help But Wait," and decided to revisit their magic on "READY."
From the street single, "Brand New," to his self-described male version of Mary J. Blige's "Be Without You" in "One Love," the Virginian draws on a range of influences to craft an album that will thrill his longtime fans and happily surprise all newcomers to the Trey Songz story. Indeed, with its blend of hip-hop, R&B, and pop ? exemplified by tracks like "Black Roses," where Trey croons over a distorted guitar ? "READY" demonstrates his growth on every front. The third time around, Trey displays a new vocal maturity combined with his renowned ability to twist notes and keys effortlessly, while presenting an increasing breadth of subject matter.
"With every move you make you have something to prove," says Trey. "There's always room for improvement. I'm growing, as a person, as an artist, and as a man. My clothes fit differently, my braids are missing? I'm changing as a person and the music is the better for it."
Born Tremaine Aldon Neverson, Trey was raised as a military brat, with his family eventually settling in Petersburg, Virginia. Ironically, as a teen he wasn't particularly interested in singing. Only after continuous encouragement from his mother, and drawing on his grandmother's example as a devoted church choir member, Trey entered a local talent show at 14 years old. He won that competition and several more, eventually amassing 19 trophies. At 15, Trey crossed paths with producer Troy Taylor, who's worked with everyone from Boyz II Men to Lionel Richie, and Taylor immediately recognized Trey's talent.
After high school, at Taylor's invitation Trey moved to New Jersey, where he developed his vocal, writing, and production skills. Trey soon found himself driving from the Garden State across the river to New York City. As he learned to record songs, Trey completed a proverbial musical boot camp, absorbing music by artists like Prince, Marvin Gaye, and Steely Dan during his commute between the two states. To earn his keep, the Virginian worked as Taylor's vocal production assistant and transformed that experience into his debut album, "I GOTTA MAKE IT," after signing with Atlantic Records in 2003.
On the business end, Trey began his production company, Songbook, in 2004 with Taylor. The company houses several producers but Trey doesn't want to overstep his boundaries or stunt anyone else's creative growth. "We've been honing Songbook," says Trey carefully. "We make sure that we don't keep people from what they have to do. I don't want to get the talent if I don't have a place for it. A lot of people sign artists that they'll never release, just to have them. I'd rather let you find your own way."
Among Trey's numerous activities, he ? along with fellow Atlantic artist Flo Rida ? wrote and produced a street-smart rendition of "Jingle Bells" especially for clothing giant GAP, which proved to be a sensation during the 2008 Christmas season.
In August 2008, Trey added the philanthropic organization Songz For Peace to his repertoire, launching the charity with community activist Noonie Ward in Chicago's crime-ridden Southside before bringing his message to his native Petersburg. The youth-centered organization, which attracted 500 kids at its opening event, travels to different cities speaking to teens about the dangers of violence and life's positive opportunities. Songz for Peace is scheduled to visit several more cities across America this year, including Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Baltimore. "The violence within the youth is rising at an alarming rate," says Trey earnestly. "I get to speak on that, and children listen to me."
Deftly balancing and separating his roles as artist, businessman, and philanthropist, Trey has delivered his best work to date with "READY." "I've always been the underdog of my class," says Trey. "But this time nothing can stop me from achieving all that I want."

Matt & Nabil
I Set My Friends On Fire, hailing from Miami, FL, are the end result of a sonic mind-meld of Nabil Moo and Matt Mihana. After a couple of years playing together as We Are The Cavalry, Nabil and Matt formed ISMFOF in late August 2007, but don't be fooled by the years under their belts. These are decidedly not old music vets, but rather uber-precocious teens who started their musical journey around the same time they started high school. The duo records thusly: Matt does the singing (fueled by "plutonium and Wheaties") and Nabil does everything else, and while this division of labor may seem unfair to some, Matt and Nabil are united by their genre-defying take on music and their desire to f*ck with people.
In the beginning...
September, seemingly on a whim, Nabil and Matt decided to record a rock/screamo version of Soulja Boy's "Crank Dat" which they called "Crank Dat Cavalry Boy." Once the track hit their myspace page, it became apparent that I Set My Friends on Fire had stepped in a big steaming pile of hit. The song got upwards of 50,000 plays A DAY, so many in fact, that Myspace deleted the band's account, thinking they were using software to artificially increase their spins. In the time it took the band to remedy the situation, dozens of imposters set up phony I Set My Friends on Fire pages, and the song found its way to Limewire. To date, the track has been played over 1 million times.
ISMFOF followed up "Crank Dat Cavalry Boy" with two original tracks: "ASL" and "Beauty Is in the Eyes of the Beerholder," and recently released the new song "HxC 2-Step," which they recorded "just for fun." Total plays on the band's myspace page? Over 4.2 million and counting...and all without the benefit of a physical CD release or a record company's promotional efforts.
Currently...
Being the superheroes that they are, Nabil and Matt so far have been able to write and record a song in a few days. No writers block here! Their efforts are made that much easier by the fact that they do all their recording in their house, by themselves.
The band writes: "the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive as we find out that our music is reaching all over the country (and even the world): one kid today even emailed us today and said that I Set My Friends On Fire was voted "favorite band" in his high school's 2007-08 yearbook! Others have said that our songs have been played at homecoming rallies and have spread all over their towns."
I Set My Friends on Fire so far have been the face of the new DIY movement in the digital age. On their own, Matt and Nabil were able to secure a cover story for their band in the Aquarian Weekly, and were booked on Bamboozled 2008. It is their creative self-promotion and undeniably catchy songs that caught the attention of Epitaph label owner Brett Gurewitz, who inked the band to a partnership of sorts in spring 2008. With the backing of one of the largest independent record companies in the world, whose ethics and aesthetics jive perfectly with I Set My Friends on Fire's, the sky is the proverbial limit for these two kids from Florida.
The band's debut album, You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter, melds the band's unique sense of humor (as evidence, simply read the song titles and lyrics) with an onslaught of thrash angular guitar riffs, pulsing dance beats, brutal breakdowns, sassy screams and lush melodic choruses.
"Our album is very eclectic and we feel that it will give the people something completely new," explains Nabil. "It has all kinds of styles woven in. The album is like a typical relationship gone wrong, spanning emotions that include joy, uncertainty, anger, hate, confusion, alienation, and everything in between."
ISMFOF ambush listeners from the get-go with the tumultuous track "Beauty Is In The Eyes Of The Beerholder," which pairs metal riffs and hardcore breakdowns with melodic sing along choruses. A virtual workout, physically and aurally, the album continues its relentless electro-grindfest with tracks like "Ravenous, Ravenous Rhino," "WTFWJD" and "ASL," which will have everyone spastically convulsing towards the dance floor. "Fans will find the tracks they've come to know us for, including "Crank Dat," and "ASL," but the album has many new tracks which continue the energy and songwriting that fans to come to know us for," says Nabil. "There are also more mellow tracks, including the "Interlude," which is a very chilled out instrumental break from the intensity of the rest of the album."
